Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, worn, or removed from their original packaging. Non-returnable items may include:
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used;
- Items marked as final sale;
- Gift cards;
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zquiet.shop Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
