Choosing the Right Mouthpiece Size
Before you order, identify the ZQuiet mouthpiece size that's best for you. If you are new to ZQuiet, we recommend that you first purchase the 2-Size Starter Pack to determine the optimal size for you.
Size 1
Recommended if you have an overbite, where the lower front teeth sit behind the upper front teeth, or have a normal bite with light to moderate snoring.
Size 2
Recommended if you have an underbite, where the lower front teeth protrude in front of the upper teeth, or have a normal bite with heavy snoring.
Existing Customers: How to Identify the Mouthpiece Size
Identify the mouthpiece size by looking for the "1" or "2" inside the circle on the underside of the tray for the upper teeth, as shown in the diagram.

What is the Difference Between the Regular & Firm Mouthpiece?
ZQuiet Mouthpiece
The regular ZQuiet Mouthpieces are the same mouthpieces supplied in your original 2-Size Comfort System Starter Pack and are recommended for most people. Replace it at least every 4 to 6 months for the best results.
Firm Mouthpiece
Designed for people that clench and grind their teeth and/or prematurely wear out the standard ZQuiet Mouthpiece. Made with a stiffer grade material and extra strong hinge, the ZQuiet Firm Mouthpiece should only be used by people with very healthy teeth and strong jaws.

After cleaning, your ZQuiet Mouthpiece should be stored flat in the supplied case. This helps it retain its shape and prevents accidental damage.
Clean it after every use with ZQuiet Clean. Cleaning and sanitizing is as easy as pump, scrub, and rinse. Do not use alcohol mouthwash, harsh chemicals, bleach, or ammonia.
ZQuiet was designed with efficiency and comfort in mind. No impressions or molding are required because the low-profile, open-channel design and soft material allow the device to conform to most mouths.
The ZQuiet device is made of a soft thermoplastic compound. It does not contain silicone, latex, or BPA, and the material is made in the USA for medical applications that require FDA compliance.
